Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that plans can change and will do our best to accommodate you. Below is our deposit cancellation and refund policy based on the timing of your booking: The deposit paid to secure your booking is fully refundable within 48 hours of payment. After this 48-hour period, the deposit becomes non-refundable. This policy is in place to account for the time and resources allocated in preparation for your event, as well as to compensate for potential booking opportunities that may be declined once your reservation is confirmed.
